FEES

 

A). Regular fee (when using your health insurance for an “out of network provider”)

 

One hour               $80

 

Please note that most insurance policies only cover the treatment for mental illnesses and not relationship issues or stress management.  Therefore I must give you a mental illness diagnosis for insurance coverage and this may affect your current and future employment negatively.  Also mental illness diagnoses often impact your application for other insurance coverage such as life insurance or long-term care insurance.

 

In order to get reimbursement from your insurance company, please ask your insurance company for the number of sessions allowed by your policy and make sure your problem is covered by your policy as well as your right to use an out- of-network provider.  At this time, I am not on any insurance company’s panel.  Therefore I do not bill insurance companies directly.   I will provide a form with your diagnosis and the payment information.  It is your responsibility to get reimbursement from your insurance company.

 

B). Cash Discount fees (paid by cash or check at the time of service)

 

One hour                                  $70

One hour and half                     $105

Two hours                                $140

 

One hour session includes the time for making payment and handling other business matters.
